Returns Policy

At Hello Hart, we want you and your kiddies to love your swimwear purchase. However, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong selection.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that faulty items do not include damages resulting from improper handling or care, or usual wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return for a Faulty Item:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at jessica@hellohart.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide Information: To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos showcasing the fault.

Assessment: Once we receive your request, our team will assess the information provided and guide you through the returns process.

Return Authorisation: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the faulty item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the faulty item and confirming the fault, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference to your method of purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders (Within Australia): Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the Australia Post website.

Finding the perfect fit for your little one is essential for their comfort and safety in the water. Our baby swimwear is available in 0-3, 3-6, 6-12 and 12-18 months. Please refer to product descriptions for measurements.

Please note that sizing may vary slightly from piece to piece due to differences in manufacturing and fabric stretch. We recommend referring to individual product descriptions for specific sizing information and measurements.
